OPENING TIMES
The Harrogate Spa is open daily from 7am – 9pm.
Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10am – 6pm, subject to availability.
Hotel Residents:
Access to the pool & poolside spa facilities are available complimentary for Hotel Residents for 1 hour, subject to availability.
Includes: Towels, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Experience Shower, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Spa Whirlpool, Swimming Pool & Outdoor Hot Tub. You can also relax in our Spa Lounge, Terrace and Zen Garden, food & refreshments including Afternoon Tea are available to purchase from our Spa Menu.
Children’s swim times are 7am – 9am & 5pm – 7pm daily and are subject to availability.
The Gym is open 24 hours a day and is free for Hotel Residents, subject to availability.
INFORMATION
Spa Arrival
If you are on a spa day package, it is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your treatment reservation. This will enable you to enjoy the full use of the exclusive facilities at the spa, which include male and female changing rooms, heat experiences, ice fountain, Pool, experience shower and a spa pool. There is a beautiful and tranquil relaxation lounge which extends to a Courtyard and Zen Garden, offering our guests a peaceful area to read, enjoy refreshments or simply relax in. If your visit is for treatment only, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation. This will allow you time to fill out your consultation form and get ready for your treatment in a relaxed manner. Please be aware that unfortunately we are not able to give an extension to treatment times for late arrivals.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement for access into the spa is 18 or 16 if accompanied by an adult.
Dress Code
Robes and flip-flops will be provided on arrival for Spa Day Packages.. You are required to wear suitable swim wear in the wet area of the spa. Please remove wet swimwear prior to treatment for your comfort.
Medical Conditions
Should you be suffering from any serious medical condition please make us aware at booking stage. It is advisable to bring a letter from your consultant stating it is safe for you to undergo the treatments.
Pregnancy
We do not offer certain treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy. From 12 weeks of pregnancy, we can perform most treatments. To talk through specific treatments we can offer during pregnancy, please speak to our spa reservations team direct on 01423 700 306.
Spa Reservations
To make an appointment for the perfect treatment, please contact the spa on 01423 700306 where we will be delighted to assist you, or e-mail relax@theharrogatespa.com. Please note, full payment will be required on reservation to confirm or secure your booking, this is non-refundable.
Cancellation/Amendments
Cancellations/amendments must be received no later than the following number of days prior to the arrival date to be considered;
- Spa day packages and individual treatments – 7 days
- Groups of 6 or more – 14 days
- Spa residential packages – 14 days
All packages are prepaid and no refunds after days stated above
