When will you be reopening?

We are open! However with a reduced and limited offering to keep compliant with the government guidelines, booking will be essential for Guest and Members.

If I am shielding can I continue to freeze my membership?

Please put in writing to the manager your circumstances and request and we will access individually.

Will the sauna, steam room and rasul be open?

Yes, but following the government social distancing guidelines.

Will I be able to book a treatment?

Yes, however our normal offering is reduced to comply with government guidelines, if you make a request we will try and accommodate you or find an alternative.

What measures have you taken to ensure public safety?

Here are just some of the measures that we have taken to ensure public safety;
1. Distancing markers
2. Sneeze shields
3. Hand sanitiser stations
4. Strict hygiene protocols
5. Pre arrival triage calls
6. A reduced capacity

I have a voucher that expires during the lockdown period. Will this voucher be honoured once you are open?

Yes this will be extended by the amount of time we was closed, if this is regarding rasul which will not be able to open initially, it will be extended by the time the rasul has been closed.
