Pre-booking is essential. We will also take full payment and issue you with your confirmation and a link to your consultation form and menu choices, please fill this in at the earliest opportunity and return via email. We will require this at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

Payment is non-refundable but is transferable if you are not able to attend due to symptoms of Covid-19.

We will call all visitors 24 hours prior to your to the spa appointment to ensure that you or anyone you live with have not displayed any symptoms since the time of booking.

If you becomes symptomatic prior to your visit to the spa please call us immediately so we can postpone your booking.

Please arrive on time for your allocated arrival slot where your host will meet you and guide you and your group through the arrivals stage and this will avoid interaction with other groups, and help us maintain our social distancing plan.

Only bring essential goods with you to the spa this will help reduce any possible cross-contamination.

You will be allocated a personal lounger and dining table which will be set with everything that you will require, this will help with cross contamination to ensure your safety and comfort and your host will be on hand should you require anything.
